Parmesan-Pepper Sweet Potato Fries

Parmesan– Pepper Sweet Potato Fries

1/ 2 lb. Sweet Potatoes, cut into 1/4" thick sticks

1 TBSP. Grated reduced-fat Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/8 tsp. Garlic powder

1/8 tsp. Paprika

Pinch of Cayenne pepper

Pinch of salt

Pinch of ground black pepper

Ketchup (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º.

In medium bowl, toss potatoes, cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Place potatoes in single layer on medium nonstick baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Flip potatoes and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and browned in spots. Serve immediately. With ketchup, if desired.
