High Protein Pancake

High Protein Pancakes

In food processor mix together-

½ C. Cottage Cheese

½  Raw oatmeal

½ C. Egg whites

½ teas. Vanilla

½ teas. Cinnamon

Blend for approximately 15-20 seconds, or until smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

(It will look like pancake batter)

Prepare skillet with cooking oil or spray to prevent from sticking. Heat to med. high temp.  Pour batter onto skillet to make pancakes. Turn when brown to your liking.
