No Bake Energy
Bites
1 C. Dry Oatmeal
½ C. (Dark) Chocolate Chips
½ C. Peanut Butter (Or Soy butter.
I use soy butter because
my sister is allergic to peanut butter, and they are just as good!)
½ C. ground flaxseed
1/3 C. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix ingredients together in
large bowl. Roll into bite size
balls. Refrigerate to set.
Makes about 20.
