Pork Loin
 
Lean Pork Loin
Salt and Pepper,
Rosemary
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Roasted Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Water
 
Directions: Wash meat. Place lean pork loin into roasting pan. Pour water over pork loin until half covered. Sprinkle over pork loin: (Enough to taste)  salt, pepper, rosemary, onion powder, and garlic powder and roasted garlic.
 
Bake at 425 until inside temp. reads 180 or cooked thoroughly inside and out.  (When I made it, it  took 2 1/2 -3 hours) 
When done, let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
 
You can add red potatoes about 45- 60 minutes before you take it out.
 

Meat Loaf
 
1 1/2 Pounds of hamburger
3 Slices of bread
1 Cup of milk
1 Egg
1 Small onion,chopped, (about 1/4 C.)
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teas. ground sage
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
 
Mix all ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan or 9x9 glass dish. Cook uncovered in 350 oven until done. About 1 1/2 hours.
(I cook mine with my scalloped potatoes at 375 in the same oven.)
