1 carton of Carbmaster from Kroger (yogurt) Or better yet, Greek Yogurt- (only 80 cal, 3 carbs, and 8-12
protein)
1 banana
1 1/2 C. Frozen Strawberries (no sugar, I freeze my own)
1/2 C. Orange Juice or soymilk
4-5 ice cubes
Power up, add: (optional)
Egg whites (In a carton, they are pasturized- so they are ok to drink without cooking)
Protein Powder, 1-2 Tbls.
Mix above ingredients in blender until mixed well.
