Oven Omelet
8 Eggs
1 C. Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 TBS. Butter melted
1 1/2 –2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs until light. Mix in milk, salt, and pepper, and cheese. Put in buttered, glass dish. This recipe is for 8" or
9" dish. For doubled recipe use 12x9" glass dish. Pour or drizzle butter over top and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until
