Turkey Breast Wraps
These can be for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner
Ingredients:
1 pound of Lean ground turkey, cooked ahead of time seasoned with a dash of each:
minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper to taste
Bell Peppers, cleaned and chopped
Cheese, low fat shredded Sharp cheddar, or another kind of low fat cheese
Eggs (optional)
Whole Wheat (or Whole Grain) Tortilla wraps (I use the LaTortilla Factory, Smart Delicious, high fiber, 7 g of fiber, only
50 calories, 5 protein, 0 sugar!)
Directions:
Place Tortilla Wrap on a plate, add cooked turkey, bell peppers, cheese, eggs if desired.
Fold together. Place in microwave for 30-45 sec.
Or until cheese melts. Be careful– very hot! Let it sit on the plate for a minute to cool and to dry the moisture
from microwave.

Mushrooms, Lean Canadian bacon, olives, spinach, onion, tomatoes,
Another idea: Add Pizza sauce with some veggies and lean protein
