There is a mystery, it bursts forth from the ground

A tiny plant, a blade of grass, and seedlings all around

 

How does that seed get planted; when it wasn't there before

The wind blew in that tiny seed, planted in the soil floor 

 

And then the life came about when God told it to sprout

When it grows big enough and the flowers come about!

 

It brings us joy all summer, and brillant colors everywhere.

Then autumn comes around and leaves drops from blowing air.

 

Then the plants all die and wither to the ground

Then they come to life again when spring time comes around!

Jesus died up on a tree

He knew what He was going to do

But He came for me and you.

Our sin could not be paid on our own

So He went to the cross to die alone.

 

But the good news is after being dead

He arose the victor One

The Messiah, and God's Only Son

He conquered death forevermore

 

And now we can live forever with our Lord someday

Eternal life when we believe Jesus is our way

And not be separted from our Holy God any more

When we just believe and recieve and love and adore

Our Lovely Savior who gave His life

For our salvation, what a sacrifice!

 

Jesus died on that cross, it's true,

But he did that for me and for you

And he conquered death for you and me

I love Him so!

He really loves us, and set us free!

 

Spring rain waters the sleepy ground

Sring showers turn green from brown

Spring rain brings a fresh drink forth

for flowers in the south, east, west, and north

 

Spring showers cleans the dusty air

After winters sleep and now prepare

The spring and summer flowers bloom

After the long wintery tomb

 

The flowers burst and colors pride

We thank God for rains He provides

A little drop of rain will start

Spring showers come, and God fills my heart.
