I'm thankful for the many things My God has given me.
His blessings are like grains of sand
Or waves upon the sea.

That truly, God is love,

Count Your Blessings

Begin your day with thankful heart, rise up to greet the sun.
Count all your blessings large and small, and name them one by one.
What better way to start each day than with a little prayer
Of gratitude to God for all his goodness, love and care.
You'll know a special happiness and have a brighter day
For joy and peace will fill your heart because you paused to pray.
Then as the day draws to a closem before the night is o'er
Count all your blessings once again- tomorrow will bring some mroe.

God's Been Good to Me

I'm mindful of the blessings, that come my way each day.
My heart is overflowing, at times I go to pray.
I'm thankful for the seasons; each one's a masterpiece.
I'm allowed to work this land, but god still holds the lease.
I'm grateful for the friendships, sustains me every day.
I love the children and the flowers, that decorate my life
And the quiet, gentle hours, free from worry and strife.
